This course is designed to examine of the role of the entrepreneur in society and provide students with tools to analyze the numerous pragmatic as well as personal, legal, ethical, social and other considerations inherent in starting a business. Topics include market and financial feasibility analysis, selection of a legal form of organization, estimating resource requirements, site selection, and entrepreneurship as a "lifestyle" choice.
